The goal is to broaden the available options the students will have to draw from when encountering challenges on a daily basis. Taught through a series of enjoyable games and exercises, students will increase their confidence, reduce stress, and improve communication and leadership skills. This seminar is designed to be a fun day of opening up communication skills, breaking down insecurities, and visibly increasing confidence within laugh-inducing exercises.
